Chlorine gas dosing devices
Our chlorine gasification systems, with their coordinated components from chlorine dosing to analysis and warning devices, meet all the requirements of a modern system. They are characterized by reliability and repeatable dosing accuracy. Chlorine and its compounds have been successfully used in water treatment for many decades due to their ease of use and safe effectiveness.

High-quality chlorine gas dosing devices for optimal disinfection and water quality
We specialize in chlorine gas dosing with our gas-based technologies. Our range of proven units, which dose chlorine gas under vacuum or liquid chlorine compounds, is as comprehensive as the individual tasks. Our systems, designed according to DIN 19606 and EN standards, ensure optimal water quality through precisely measured disinfection. We apply our knowledge and experience to provide the best solution – both technically and economically. In addition to the quality of our precision equipment, our expertise is one of the keys to our customers' success.

Small chlorine with a gas extraction of up to 10 kg Cl 2 /h
Our products are ideal for disinfecting swimming pool water, as they were specifically designed for small dosages. They offer the highest level of safety. They operate under full vacuum directly from a chlorine cylinder. Even if the chemically highly resistant plastic lines and devices are mechanically damaged, no chlorine gas can escape. The cylinder-mounted devices feature a residual pressure relief device for the compressed gas cylinder. A pressure gauge for cylinder pressure, with double safety provided by a diaphragm seal, is included as standard equipment.
Large-scale chlorine with a gas extraction of up to 200 kg Cl 2 /h
For large chlorine quantities, our dosing systems offer the highest quality and maximum safety. Operating under both positive and negative pressure, these dosing devices represent the highest precision and Lutz-Jesco's many years of experience in handling chlorine gas. Our products for large dosing quantities are used primarily in central drinking water treatment.
